Abstract: In this paper, we study biconservative hypersurfaces in $mathbb{S}^n$ and $mathbb{H}^n$. Further, we obtain complete explicit classification of biconservative hypersurfaces in $4$-dimensional Riemannian space form with exactly three distinct principal curvatures.
