Abstract: We present a technique for obtaining spherically symmetric, asymptotically (anti)-de Sitter, black hole solutions of dilaton gravity with generic coupling to a Maxwell field, starting from exact asymptotically flat solutions and adding a suitable dilaton potential to the action.
