Abstract: Let be an elliptic curve defined over . Let be a subgroup of and . In [1], it was proved that if has no nontrivial rational torsion points, then if and only if mod for finitely many primes . In this note, assuming the General Riemann Hypothesis, we provide an explicit upper bound on these primes when does not have complex multiplication and either is a semistable curve or has no exceptional prime.
