Abstract: We consider probability measures, , on the unit circle, , with Verblunsky coefficients, . We prove for in and that [ int [1-cos( heta- heta_1)][1-cos( heta- heta_2)] log w( heta) f{d heta}{2pi} >-infty ] if and only if [ sum_{j=0}^infty igl|igl{(delta -e^{-i heta_2}) (delta -e^{-i heta_1}) alphaigr}_jigr|^2 +abs{alpha_j}^4 <infty ] We also prove that [ int (1-cos heta)^2 log w( heta) f{d heta}{2pi} >-infty ] if and only if [ sum_{j=0}^infty abs{alpha_{j+2}-2alpha_{j+1} +alpha_j}^2 + abs{alpha_j}^6 <infty ]
