Abstract: We consider a set SPG(mathcalA) of pure split states on a quantum spin chain mathcalA which are invariant under the on-site action au of a finite group G. For each element omega in SPG(mathcalA) we can associate a second cohomology class comega,Rof G. We consider a classification of SPG(mathcalA) whose criterion is given as follows: omega0 and omega1 in SPG(mathcalA) are equivalent if there are automorphisms XiR, XiL on mathcalAR, mathcalAL (right and left half infinite chains) preserving the symmetry au, such that omega1 and omega0circ(XiLotimesXiR) are quasi-equivalent. It means that we can move omega0 close to omega1 without changing the entanglement nor breaking the symmetry. We show that the second cohomology class comega,R is the complete invariant of this classification.
