Abstract: In this paper, we complete the classification of six-dimensional closed monotone symplectic manifolds admitting semifree Hamiltonian -actions. We also show that every such manifold is -equivariantly symplectomorphic to some K"{a}ahler Fano manifold with a certain holomorphic Hamiltonian circle action.
