Abstract: Let K be a finite extension of the p-adic numbers mathbbQp with ring of integers mathcalOK, mathcalX a regular scheme, proper, flat, and geometrically irreducible over mathcalOK of dimension d, and mathcalXK its generic fiber. We show, under some assumptions on mathcalXK, that there is a reciprocity isomorphism of locally compact groups Har2d1(mathcalXK,mathbbZ(d))simeqpi1ab(mathcalXK)W from a new cohomology theory to an integral model pi1ab(mathcalXK)W of the abelianized geometric fundamental groups pi1ab(mathcalXK)geo. After removing the contribution from the base field, the map becomes an isomorphism of finitely generated abelian groups.
