Abstract: We classify Chabauty limits of groups fixed by various (abstract) involutions over , where is a finite field-extension of , with . To do so, we first classify abstract involutions over with a quadratic extension of , and prove -adic polar decompositions with respect to various subgroups of -adic . Then we classify Chabauty limits of: where is a quadratic extension of , of , and of , where is the fixed point group of an -involution over .
