On Hermitian manifolds whose Chern connection is Ambrose-Singer

Abstract: We consider the class of compact Hermitian manifolds whose Chern connection is Ambrose-Singer, namely, it has parallel torsion and curvature. We prove structure theorems for such manifolds.
