nℤ-abelian and nℤ-exact categories

Abstract: In this paper we introduce $nmathbbZ$-abelian and $nmathbbZ$-exact categories by axiomatising properties of $nmathbbZ$-cluster tilting subcategories. We study this categories and show that every $nmathbbZ$-cluster tilting subcategory of an abelian (resp., exact) category has a natural structure of an $nmathbbZ$-abelian (resp., $nmathbbZ$-exact) category. Also we show that every small $nmathbbZ$-abelian category arise in this way, and discuss the problem for $nmathbbZ$-exact categories.
