Abstract: Let denote the space of all complex polynomials of degree and a family of operators that maps into itself. In this paper, we consider a problem of investigating the dependence of |B[Pcircsigma](z)-alpha B[Pcirc
ho](z)+eta{(frac{R+k}{k+r})^{n}-|alpha|}B[Pcirc
ho](z)| on the maximum and minimum modulus of on for arbitrary real or complex numbers with and establish certain sharp operator preserving inequalities between polynomials, from which a variety of interesting results follow as special cases.
