Abstract: Let $fre$ be a homogeneous subset of $$ in the sense of Carleson. Let $mu$ be a finite positive measure on $$ and $H_{m}u(x)$ its Hilbert transform. We prove that if $li{m}_{toinfty}tabsfrecapxmidabs{H}_{m}u(x)>t=0$, then $m{u}_s(fre)=0$, where $m{u}_s$ is the singular part of $mu$.
