Abstract: In this paper, we study degenerate ordered Bell polynomials with the viewpoint of Carlitz's degenerate Bernoulli and Euler polynomials and derive by using umbral calculus some properties and new identities for the degenerate ordered Bell polynomials associated with special polynomials.
