Abstract: We consider a smooth submanifold with a smooth boundary in an ambient closed manifold and assign a spectral invariant to every singular homological class and a Hamiltonian defined on the cotangent bundle . We also derive certain properties of spectral numbers, for example we prove that spectral invariants associated to the whole Floer homology of the submanifold , are limits of the decreasing nested family of open sets.
