Abstract: Let K be a field and fn(X)=(X+1)n+(1)n(Xn+1)inK[X], for each ninmathbbN. This note shows that the polynomials fm(X) and fm(X) are relatively prime, for some distinct indices m and mprime at most equal to 100, if and only if the product mmprime is divisible by 6.
