Abstract: We construct four new elements

is the Lagrange spectrum. These elements are part of a decreasing sequence

and we give some evidence towards the possibility that

. In particular, this indicates that

might belong to the closure of

M s e t m i n u s L

, so that the answer to Bousch's question about the closedness of

might be negative.
