Abstract: Let mathcalA be a prime ast-algebra. In this paper, we suppose that Phi:mathcalAomathcalA satisfies Phi(Adiamond B)=Phi(A)diamond B+AdiamondPhi(B) where AdiamondB=ABBA for all A,BinmathcalA .We will show that if Phi(alphafracI2) is self-adjoint for alphain1,i then Phi is additive ast-derivation.
