Abstract: If all the eigenvalues of the adjacency matrix of a graph Gamma are integers, then we say that Gamma is an integral graph. It seems hard to prove a graph to be determined by its spectrum. In this paper, we investigate some new classes of multicone graphs determinable by their spectra, such as: , , and , where Ok denoted the Odd graph Od+1 and, Boxn denoted the folded 2d+1 cube. Also, the notation of the folded graph of 2.Ok will be defined and denoted by F(2.Ok). Moreover, we study some algebraic properties of the graph F(2.Ok), in fact we show that F(2.Ok) is an integral graph.
