Abstract: Some corrections are made in our article, which was published in Appl. Anal. Optim. Vol. 3 (2019), No. 1, 103--127. These corrections are intended to transform the equation eqref{eq:1.1} �egin{equation}label{eq:1.1} x(t) + intlimits_a^t {K_1(t,s,x(s)) ds} + intlimits_a^b {K_2(t,s,x(s)) ds} = g(t),;,a le t le b ag{1.1} end{equation} into a discretized form in a tighter and more accurate way without affecting the main results of the article.
