Abstract: Let $k$ be a field of characteristic $p>0$ not necessarily perfect. Using Berthelot's theory of arithmetic $mathcalD$-modules, we construct a $p$-adic formalism of Grothendieck's six operations for realizable $k$-schemes of finite type.
