Abstract: Given a continuum and , we will consider the hyperspace of all subcontinua of containing . Given a family of continua , a continuum and , we say that has unique hyperspace relative to if for each and such that and are homeomorphic, then there is an homeomorphism between and sending to . In this paper we show that has unique hyperspace relative to the classes of dendrites if and only if is a tree, we present also some classes of continua without unique hyperspace ; this answer some questions posed in cite{Corona.et.al(2019)}.
