Abstract: A holomorphic discrete series representation (Lpi,Hpi) of a connected semi-simple real Lie group G is associated with an irreducible representation (pi,Vpi) of its maximal compact subgroup K. The underlying space Hpi can be realized as certain holomorphic Vpi-valued functions on the bounded symmetric domain mathcalDcongG/K. By the Berezin quantization, we transfer B(Hpi) into End(Vpi)-valued functions on mathcalD. For a lattice Gamma of G, we give the formula of a faithful normal tracial state on the commutant Lpi(Gamma) of the group von Neumann algebra Lpi(Gamma). We find the Toeplitz operators Tf's associated with essentially bounded End(Vpi)-valued functions f's on generate the entire commutant Lpi(Gamma): overline{{T_f|fin L^infty(Gammaackslashmathcal{D},{ m End}(V_pi))}}^{ ext{w.o.}}=L_pi(Gamma)'. For any cuspidal automorphic form f defined on G (or mathcalD) for Gamma, we find the associated Toeplitz-type operator Tf intertwines the actions of Gamma on these square-integrable representations. Hence the composite operator of the form TgTf belongs to Lpi(Gamma). We prove these operators span and overline{langle{ ext{span}_{f,g} T_g^{*}T_f}otimes { m End}(V_pi) angle}^{ ext{w.o.}}=L_pi(Gamma)', where f,g run through holomorphic cusp forms for Gamma of same types. If Gamma is an infinite conjugacy classes group, we obtain a extII1 factor from cusp forms.
