Abstract: In this note, we establish a generalized analytic inversion of adjunction via the Nadel-Ohsawa multiplier/adjoint ideal sheaves associated to plurisubharmonic (psh) functions for log pairs, by which we answer a question of Koll'{a}r in full generality.
