has a natural sR submersion onto the Euclidean plane and curves in the Euclidean plane can be horizontal lifted to

. The horizontal lifts of Euclidean lines are thus metric lines in

besides the horizontal lifts lines? This work is the first of a sequence of papers, where we attempt to make a complete classification of the metric lines in
