Abstract: We define a new family of discrete representations of relatively hyperbolic groups which unifies many existing definitions and examples of "geometrically finite" behavior in higher rank. Our definition includes the relative Anosov representations defined by Kapovich-Leeb and Zhu, relatively hyperbolic groups in SL(d, R) which are projectively convex cocompact in the sense of Danciger-Gu'eritaud-Kassel, and holonomy representations of certain convex projective orbifolds with generalized cusps. We prove that these representations are all stable under deformations whose restriction to the peripheral subgroups satisfies a dynamical condition. In particular, these representations are stable under cusp-preserving deformations. Additionally we apply our stability result to give new examples of discrete representations of relatively hyperbolic groups which are stable under all small deformations.
