Abstract: We prove that 0 the only classical solution of the Lane-Emden equation in the half-space which is stable outside a compact set. We also consider weak solutions and the case of general cones.
Stability in context of PDEs (35B35) Liouville theorems and Phragmén-Lindelöf theorems in context of PDEs (35B53) Boundary value problems for second-order elliptic equations (35J25) Semilinear elliptic equations with Laplacian, bi-Laplacian or poly-Laplacian (35J91)
