Abstract: Let kinmathbbN, and let (alpha1,ldots,alphak) be a non-degenerate tuple of algebraic numbers with |alphai|ge1 for 1leqileqk and none of alphai is root of unity. Let K be a number field and be an algebraic number. Let hetain(0,1) be any number. In this article, we study the solutions of the inequality in (n,q1,ldots,qk)inmathbbNimes(K)k, depending on rational or irrational. Here ||x|| denotes the distance between x and its nearest integer in mathbbZ. As a consequence of our result, we show that if P(x):=adxd+cdots+a0inmathbbQ[x], ad>0, is a polynomial of degree dgeq2 and (xn) is a sequence of integers satisfying x_{n+1}=P(x_n)~~mbox{for all~~} n=0,1,2ldots,quadmbox{and~~~} x_n oinftyquadmbox{as~~~} n oinfty, then either the number alpha:=limnoinftyxndn is transcendental or ad1/d1alphadn is not a pseudo-Piost number for all large values of n, provided fracad1dad is not an integer.
