Abstract: In this paper, we discuss the problem of the classification of polynomials for which is joint completely monotone, where and are polynomials with roots in respectively. Towards a solution of this problem, we show that is a minimal joint completely monotone net provided egin{equation} label{abstract-1} b_1 leq a_1 leq b_2 leq ldots leq b_k leq a_k. ag{S} end{equation} Conversely, if is joint completely monotone, then for and egin{equation} label{abstract-2} H(b) leq H(a), ~ G(b) leq G(a), ~ A(b) leq A(a), ag{N} end{equation} where and denote the harmonic mean, the geometric mean and the arithmetic mean, respectively. In general, the conditions eqref{abstract-1} and eqref{abstract-2}, respectively, are not necessary and sufficient for the joint complete monotonicity of Furthermore, if with and then eqn mbox{ is joint completely monotone } eeqn If then we describe the representing measure in question explicitly. If, in addition, then can be expressed in terms of the modified Bessel function of the first kind of order We also present a complete solution to the Cauchy dual subnormality problem for toral -isometric weighted -shift with -isometric coordinates~
