Abstract: We show that within a

C^{1}

-neighbourhood

m a t h c a l U

of the set of volume preserving Anosov diffeomorphisms on the three-torus

m a t h b b T^{3}

which are strongly partially hyperbolic with expanding center, any

f i n m a t h c a l U c a p o p e r a t o r n a m e {D i f f}^{2} (m a t h b b T^{3})

satisfies the dichotomy: either the strong stable and unstable bundles

E^{s}

and

E^{u}

of

f

are jointly integrable, or any fully supported

-Gibbs measure of

is SRB.
