Abstract: We study the minimal primary decomposition of completely $t$-spread lexsegment ideals via simplicial complexes. We determine some algebraic invariants of such a class of $t$-spread ideals. Hence, we classify all $t$-spread lexsegment ideals which are Cohen-Macaulay.
