Abstract: Let pi:XightarrowZ be a Fano type fibration with dimXdimZ=d and let (X,B) be an epsilon-lc pair with KX+BsimmathbbR0/Z. The canonical bundle formula gives (Z,BZ+MZ) where BZ is the discriminant part and MZ is the moduli part which is determined up to mathbbR-linear equivalence. Shokurov conjectured that one can choose MZgeq0 such that (Z,BZ+MZ) is delta-lc where delta only depends on d,epsilon. When d=1, this conjecture was confirmed by Birkar. In this case, Han, Jiang and Luo showed that if epsilon=1, the optimal value of delta is 1/2. In this paper, we prove that for d=1 and arbitrary 0<epsilonleq1, one can take deltageq(epsilon1/n)/(n1) for any integer ngeq2. In particular, one can take deltageqepsilon2/4 in this case.
