Conditional estimates for L-functions in the Selberg class

Abstract: Assuming the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis, we provide upper bounds with explicit main terms for moduli of $left(mathcal{L}^{\prime }/mathcalLight)(s)$ and $logmathcalL(s)$ for $|3/4-sigma|leq1/4-delta$, fixed $deltain(0,1/4)$ and for functions in the Selberg class. Moreover, by further assuming a polynomial Euler product representation for $mathcalL(s)$, we establish uniform bounds in $mathcalL$ for $|3/4-sigma|leq1/4-1/loglogleft(mathrm{q}_{mathcalL}|t{|}^{mathrm{d}_{mathcalL}}ight)$, $|1-sigma|leq1/loglogleft(mathrm{q}_{mathcalL}|t{|}^{mathrm{d}_{mathcalL}}ight)$ and $sigma=1$, and completely explicit estimates by assuming also the strong $lambda$-conjecture.
