Abstract: We prove that any finite collection of quadratic forms (overlaps) of general deterministic matrices and eigenvectors of an $NimesN$ Wigner matrix has joint Gaussian fluctuations. This can be viewed as the random matrix analogue of the Berry random wave conjecture.
