Abstract: Utilizing the first reduced Steenrod $3$-th power operation and higher order Bocksteins, we obtain the homotopy decomposition of the suspension of an $(n-1)$-connected $(2n+2)$ dimensional Poincar'{e} duality complex after localization away from $2$ in the range $2leqnleq5$.
