Abstract: In the following text for pin[1,infty], nonzero cardinal number au, self--map varphi:auoau if there exists NinmathbbN such that varphi1(alpha) has at most N elements for each alpha<au, and operators psi, lambda:ellpau)oellp(au) we prove the generalized shift mathopsigmavarphiestrictionellp(au):ellp(au)oellp(au):::::::::limits:::::::::(xalpha)alpha<aumapsto(xvarphi(alpha))alpha<au: is a (psi, lambda)derivation if and only if there exists mathsfrinmathbbCau with psi=mathsfrsigmavarphiestrictionellp(au) and lambda=((1)alpha<aumathsfr)sigmavarphiestrictionellp(au), is a psiderivation if and only if psi=frac12sigmavarphiestrictionellp(au), is not a (Jordan, Jordan triple) derivation, is a generalized (Jordan, Jordan triple) derivation if and only if varphi=idau.
