Abstract: In this note we answer partially affirmatively a question due to W. Ziller: for any compact connected fat principal bundle with a metric of totally geodesic leaves the vertizontal curvatures are constant and can be chosen to be after a scaling. As Theorem 2.7 in cite{Grove_anexotic}, this does not hold in its full generality, however, we prove this always holds true for Riemannian foliations with bounded holonomy on locally symmetric spaces. The main ingredients in the proof are a Dual Leaf Theorem due to L. D. Speranc{c}a and the ``good triples introduced by Munteanu and Tapp in cite{tappmunteanu2}.
