Abstract: Let C be an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero and R=C[[t]] be the ring of power series. We study the structure of modules with connection on the relative punctured disk over Spec(R). Under the existence of the strong Turrittin-Levelt-Jordan decomposition with a separated condition of irregular values, we show that such a connection decomposes into sum of a regular singular connection and a linear diagonalizable endomorphism with eigenvalues being the irregular values.
