Abstract: An operator T in a C-algebra is called an epsilon-projection if it satisfies T=T and |T2T|<epsilon and T is called an epsilon-unitary if |TT1|<epsilon and |TT1|<epsilon. We show that there exist a constants lambdan and a function hn:[0,frac14)ightarrow[1,infty) depending only on the dimension n such that for any n-dimensional finite simplicial complex M, its K-homology group K(M) is isomorphic to the group K(lambdan,hn),(epsilon,r)(M) generated by epsilon-projections/unitaries over the Roe algebra C(HM) whose propagation is smaller than r with homotopy relation through lambdanepsilon unitaries/projections with propagation smaller than hn(epsilon)r for sufficiently small (epsilon,r). This (epsilon,r) depends only on the dimension n of complexes. Moreover we can show that for any n-dimensional compact Riemannian manifold M, K(M) is isomorphic to the same group K(lambdan,hn),(epsilon,r)(M) with a pair (lambdan,hn) depending only on the dimension n for sufficiently small (epsilon,r). But in this case (epsilon,r) depends on each manifold. This picture enables us to represent any elements in K-homology group K(M) by a finite dimensional matrix for any compact manifold M.
