Abstract: We present in this work a proof of the exponential dichotomy for dynamically defined matrix-valued Jacobi operators in , given for each by the law , where is a compact metric space, is a minimal homeomorphism and are continuous maps with invertible for each . Namely, we show that for each , [
ho(H_{omega})={z in mathbb{C}mid (T, A_z);mathrm{is; uniformly; hyperbolic}}, ] where is the resolvent set of and is the -cocycle induced by the eigenvalue equation at .
