Abstract: We investigate multi-dimensional Hamiltonian systems associated with constant Poisson brackets of hydrodynamic type. A complete list of two- and three-component integrable Hamiltonians is obtained. All our examples possess dispersionless Lax pairs and an infinity of hydrodynamic reductions.
