Abstract: From the theory of quantum circuits with discrete charge, and {em semiclassical} considerations, we obtain approximate energy eigenvalues, depending on the parameter . Next, we include electrical resistance for the quantum circuit, obtaining a relation that strongly reminds us of the Landauer formula.
