Characteristic-free resolutions of Weyl and Specht modules.

Abstract: We construct explicit resolutions of Weyl modules by divided powers and of co-Specht modules by permutational modules. We also prove a conjecture of Boltje-Hartmann on resolutions of co-Specht modules.
