Method of power transformations for analysis of stability of nonlinear control systems
Nonlinear ordinary differential equations and systems (34A34) Stability theory for ordinary differential equations (34D99) Transformations (93B17) Nonlinear systems in control theory (93C10) Control/observation systems governed by ordinary differential equations (93C15) Popov-type stability of feedback systems (93D10) Asymptotic stability in control theory (93D20)
Using the method of power transformations this paper gives new frequency- domain criteria of absolute stability for nonstationary and stationary systems. These criteria are more powerful than the circle criterion and the Popov criterion.
