Denote by \(H_ n (n=1,2,...)\) a sequence of random polynomials of order k (k is any fixed positive integer greater than 1) of n i.i.d. r.v.s. Under some conditions the paper describes the class of limiting distributions of linear transforms of \(H_ n\) in case \(k=5\).
