Abstract: Let be a representation-finite -algebra. The -Lie algebra associated with has been defined by Ch. Riedtmann. If is representation-directed there is another -Lie algebra associated with defined by C. M. Ringel and denoted by . We prove that the Lie algebras and are isomorphic for any representation-directed -algebra .
