The category \textbf{HCL} whose objects are Hutton algebras and whose morphisms are the mappings preserving arbitrary meets, joins and involution is defined. The category \(L\)-\textbf{CLOSURE} of \(L\)-closure spaces and Zadeh type powerset operators and the category \textbf{H} whose objects are Hutton spaces and whose morphisms are the same as in the sense of \textbf{HCL}\(^{op}\) are equivalent. It is guaranteed that there are products and sums in \textbf{HCL}. A generalized Lowen functor is given. [For part I see Fuzzy Sets Syst. 161, No. 7, 935-953 (2010; Zbl 1206.54002).]
