Abstract: For a finite dimensional simple complex Lie algebra , Lie bialgebra structures on and were classified by Montaner, Stolin and Zelmanov. In our paper, we provide an explicit algorithm to produce -matrices which correspond to Lie bialgebra structures over polynomials.
