Abstract: Let $M_n$ be a random $nimesn$ matrix with i.i.d. $extBernoulli(1/2)$ entries. We show that for fixed $kge1$, [lim_{n o infty}frac{1}{n}log_2mathbb{P}[ ext{corank }M_nge k] = -k.]
