Handles truncated members from the exponential family ofprobability distributions. Contains functions such as rtruncnorm() anddtruncpois(), which are truncated versions of rnorm() and dpois() from thestats package that also offer richer output containing, for example, thedistribution parameters. It also provides functions to retrieve the originaldistribution parameters from a truncated sample by maximum-likelihoodestimation.
