Users can easily parse, manipulate, and visualize datasets produced from the automated 'Tapestri Pipeline', with support for normalization, clustering, and copy number calling. Functions are also available to deconvolute multiplexed samples by genotype and parsing barcoded reads from exogenous lentiviral constructs.
